1. Use of Application

• You may use the application for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to misuse the app or interfere with its operations.
• Unauthorized use may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential.
• You must provide accurate and current information.

3. Pricing and Subscriptions

The application offers two subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: KES 300
• Yearly Plan: KES 3,000

Payment grants access to all application features during the subscription period. Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information for continued access.

4. Application Updates

We may release updates to improve features or performance. All updates will be applied without affecting the personal information or farm data you have already stored.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and software in Smart Poultry Manager are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the application "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Modifications

We may update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
